My name is Knoulan Tanner, and watches have meant something special to me since I was young.

My passion began when I inherited my grandfather’s pocket watch. It was more than a timepiece — it carried family history, craftsmanship, and meaning. That watch sparked a lifelong respect for mechanical watches and the work it takes to keep them running properly.

I was born and raised in Albuquerque, and this has been home my entire life. I’m a husband, a father of three, and someone who genuinely enjoys the precision, patience, and satisfaction that comes with watch work.

I have been working on watches for many years, and I still love it. Every watch has its own story, its own character, and its own challenges. Bringing a watch back to dependable running condition is work I take seriously and genuinely care about.

Repairs beyond standard service are quoted first and approved by you before work begins.

To maintain that level of care and for insurance reasons, I specialize in watches valued under $5,000 and do not service Rolex timepieces.

How Repairs Are Handled

Every repair begins with a careful evaluation.

Because every watch is different, all repairs are completed by quote only. After inspecting the watch, I provide a clear recommendation of the work needed along with a repair quote before any service begins.

No work is performed without approval.

After approval of the repair quote is approved payment will be processed offline. This allows each repair to be handled individually based on the watch, the condition of the movement, and the work required.

My goal is to keep the process straightforward, transparent, and easy to understand from start to finish.
